What exactly is Club BNF?
Club BNF is the all-in-one digital voting and presentation solution for sports clubs. It replaces paper vote cards with digital 3·2·1 voting via QR code or link, gives your admins a live dashboard, and builds your end-of-season awards presentation in a few clicks.
How much does it cost?
One flat subscription of $330 per year ($300 + GST) for your whole club — every grade, every match, the full platform. No per-player or per-vote charges.
Do voters need to download an app?
No. Players, coaches and umpires scan a QR code or open a dynamic link and submit their votes from any phone browser. Nothing to install.
Does it work for footy, netball and cricket?
Yes. Club BNF is used by football netball clubs and cricket clubs, and it handles any configuration — one vote card with three vote-getters, or five cards with ten vote-getters each.
Can admins fix a mistake on a vote card?
Yes. Administrators can review and edit votes before finalisation, and the dashboard shows which grades still have cards outstanding so nothing is missed.
What happens on presentation night?
You choose a theme, add any custom slides, photos or sponsors, and press Go to presentation. The live leaderboard reveals the top 5 and keeps the room intrigued until the winner is announced.
Who owns our vote data?
Your club does. Vote data is retained for the duration of your subscription, you can request deletion at any time, and if you ever opt out you receive an exported Excel file of your votes.
